Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes. Every gas job we do is under our own Gas Safe registration — no subcontractors, no exceptions.

Which boilers do you install, and what's the warranty?

Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Viessmann as standard. Manufacturer warranties run 5 to 12 years depending on model. We back the fitting itself for two years.

Do you fit underfloor heating?

Accepted Answer

Yes — wet UFH in ground-floor slabs and low-profile retrofit systems upstairs. Manifolds, zoning, wiring and smart controls are all handled by us.

Can you make an older system run better?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. A modern condensing boiler, weather compensation, a magnetic filter, a powerflush and rebalanced radiators can knock a fair bit off the annual gas bill.

How long does a bathroom take?

Most family bathrooms run three to four weeks — rip-out, first-fix, tanking, tiling, second-fix, snagging. Wet rooms and larger jobs can go a week or two longer.

How does the design side work?

We start with a site visit and a brief, then come back with a layout, elevations and a materials list. You sign off every finish and fixture before we lift a tool.

Do you tank wet rooms?

Every wet zone is fully tanked with a certified membrane before tiling. Floors go down to a proper fall and every penetration is sealed to spec.

Can you fit high-end brassware?

Yes — Vola, Dornbracht, CP Hart, Drummonds and the Italian brands are regulars. We check the water pressure early so nothing you've bought gets let down by the supply.

Where do you work?

Based in Billingshurst (RH14). Most jobs sit within a half-hour of the workshop — Horsham, Pulborough, Petworth, Midhurst, Steyning and the villages between.

What insurance and paperwork do you carry?

Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, £5M public liability, Worcester accredited installer. All certificates are handed over at the end of the job.

Accepted Answer

Yes — CP12s for boilers, cookers and gas fires. We can put annual reminders in the diary so nothing lapses.

Free site visit, then a fixed, itemised written quote. No vague day rates, no verbal estimates. Programme and payment stages are agreed in writing before we start.
