Nexus is small on purpose. The two of us, a short list of trusted subcontractors, and a year of carefully scheduled work — most of it for clients who came by recommendation.
We started as plumbers, the way most plumbers do. What changed — and what brought us here — was a quiet decision to do fewer projects and to do them properly. To specify materials we'd live with at home. To leave a job tidier than we found it. To pick up the phone when a client calls three years later.
That's the practice. It isn't a brand. It's the way we'd want someone to work on our own homes.
